Job Summary
The Head of Software Engineer is responsible for leading software engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and fully integrated application solutions. This role ensures technology alignment with IT Blueprint, supports business objectives, and drives engineering excellence across the organization.
Job Description
- Manage resources to apply the proper technology in developing valued added solution to serve business needs.
- Manage resources to deliver automated and fully integrated solution for end-to-end work process.
- Leading the deliverable of application solution with well design architecture and aligned with standard in IT Blueprint.
- Cooperating the deliverable of complex application solution with well design architecture and aligned with standard in IT Blueprint.
- Responsible as technical project management to ensure the execution of team resources comply with IT Blueprint and business needs as well as addressing the expected requirement and timeline.
- Promote and enforce all IT related strategy, procedures and governance for all business units.
- Responsible to identify the requirement of skill competencies and development plan of team resources suited with the systems under portfolio management.
Qualifications
- At least 7 years of experience for people management
- Knowledge of relevant programming languages
- Comfortable communicating with executive leadership and understanding of how to manage a budget.
- Familiarity with best practices and training for software development.
- Ability to work with necessary tools and software.
- Coding and programming knowledge.
- Understanding cybersecurity protocols and best practices.
- Working with software engineering tools and software.
