Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Provide strategic leadership across Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to drive performance, elevate capabilities, and foster a high-performance culture within a specialized business unit.
  • Shape and execute the commercial strategy for the Oncology and Biosimilars portfolio, ensuring strong competitive positioning and long-term growth.
  • Own full BU financial performance, steering revenue, profitability, pricing, and resource allocation to maximize portfolio value.
  • Lead and shape tender strategy while ensuring operational excellence in execution, driving strong win rates and sustainable institutional positioning.
  • Build and strengthen strategic relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), hospitals, and healthcare stakeholders to drive advocacy, access, and clinical adoption.
  • Ensure strong alignment with clinical, regulatory, and market access requirements to maintain a competitive and compliant portfolio presence.
  • Drive sales force effectiveness by setting clear priorities, enhancing capabilities, and ensuring high-quality scientific engagement across key accounts.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a specialized team, strengthening leadership capability within direct reports and building a strong talent pipeline.

Essential Requirements

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sciences, Pharmacy, or Business Administration; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years experience in pharmaceutical Sales and Marketing leadership, with strong expertise in Oncology and/or Biosimilars.
  • Proven track record of managing P&L and delivering sustainable growth within specialized, high-complexity portfolios.
  • Strong leadership experience managing both field and head office teams, with the ability to lead through complexity and operate with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Deep understanding of hospital, institutional, and tender-driven environments, including stakeholder and KOL engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to shape strategy and translate it into disciplined execution in a highly regulated and competitive market.
  • Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and execution excellence within specialized therapeutic areas.
  • High standards of integrity, governance, and compliance, with a commitment to ethical business practices.
