Job Description

Main Purpose of the Job

To lead and manage the team, forecast sales, and establish sales strategies and policies to maximize revenue and profitability for the company.

Major Tasks / Responsibilities

  • Manage overall service station operations and the station operations team to achieve targets in service quality, sales revenue, cost control, operating profit, customer base expansion, safety, and environmental compliance.
  • Develop effective operational strategies through analysis of market data, customer insights, competitor information, and environmental factors impacting operations.
  • Analyze and forecast sales performance; develop action plans and customer service improvement plans to meet standards and achieve targets.
  • Manage capital expenditure and operating expenses, ensuring effective budget control and utilization.
  • Oversee financial performance and ensure profitability targets are achieved.
  • Lead and supervise station operations teams while coordinating with relevant departments to resolve issues and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Train and develop subordinates to promote continuous learning and skill enhancement.
  • Manage general administrative tasks in alignment with corporate policies; present performance results and progress updates to supervisors; conduct short-term planning and problem-solving.
  • Perform other assigned duties, such as functional assignments, selling MAX CARD/PLUS membership cards, promoting non-oil products, and overseeing environmental and safety compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in operations, marketing, or business development, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in service station management, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role is highly preferred.
  • Experience in the oil & energy, retail, or automotive industry.
  • Expertise in designing, establishing, and controlling operational systems.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple functions simultaneously and demonstrate effective leadership skills.
  • Strategic and systematic thinking with the ability to link operations to business strategy effectively.
  • Legal eligibility to work in Thailand.
  • Willingness to travel to other provinces and relocate within the assigned region in the future.
