Responsibilities

• Oversee sourcing & due diligence: Manage deal sourcing and due diligence process.
• Network with agents & sellers: Build and maintain relationships with agents and sellers in the market.
• Properly manage ROFR acquisition: Create a proper ROFR process to ensure full compliance.
• Source quality acquisition assets: Source acquisition assets that are aligned with the company's target.
• Oversee acquisition process: Manage efficient acquisition process.

Qualifications

• Strong background in real estate investment, business development, or corporate finance, with expertise in M&A, financial analysis, and portfolio management.
• Deep understanding of various real estate sectors, including hospitality, retail, and office spaces, with a passion for sourcing high-value assets and developing innovative growth strategies.
• A proactive problem solver with excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, you will drive impactful, long-term partnerships while ensuring alignment with AWC's goals.
