ABOUT THIS ROLE (What Value You Will Create)

Head of Strategic Partnership Management (STPM) is responsible for driving AWC's sustainable growth by expanding and strengthening AWC's strategic partnership ecosystem aligned with the Company's 5-Year Business Plan and long-term business goals. This role oversees partnership strategy, partnership governance, and Partner Relationship Management (PRM) processes to deliver commercial and sustainable value, strengthen ecosystem collaboration, and optimize business and EBITDA growth across the portfolio.

MANDATE SCOPE OF WORK (What You Will Achieve)

In this pivotal role, you will:

Drive AWC's partnership ecosystem and strategic collaboration initiatives to support sustainable business growth

  • Strategic partnership initiatives and ecosystem expansion aligned with 5-Year Business Plan
  • Cross-functional partnership collaboration to strengthen business model, commercial value, and sustainable value creation
  • Strategic partnership opportunities to enhance asset positioning and portfolio value.

Oversee partnership governance and Partner Relationship Management (PRM) processes across AWC portfolio:

  • Partnership framework, governance, and guideline management
  • Partner Relationship Management (PRM) system and centralized partnership database
  • Partnership project tracking, performance monitoring, and reporting

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT (The Successful Candidate Must Have)

Strategic Partnership & Ecosystem Development: Strong capability to develop partnership ecosystems, strategic alliances, and commercial collaboration platforms that strengthen asset positioning, customer ecosystem, and long-term business growth, including:

  • Develop strategic partnership and ecosystem expansion initiatives
  • Identify partnership opportunities to strengthen asset positioning and business value
  • Drive collaboration models and ecosystem platforms across AWC businesses

Commercial & Business Strategy Acumen: Strong commercial mindset and business understanding across hospitality, retail, lifestyle, mixed-use, or platform-based businesses, including:

  • Understand business models, customer ecosystem, and commercial growth drivers
  • Translate partnership initiatives into measurable business and EBITDA impact
  • Evaluate strategic opportunities, value proposition, and commercial feasibility
  • Support sustainable growth through strategic and value-driven partnerships

Stakeholder & Partnership Management: Strong capability to build trusted relationships and drive cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

  • Build and manage strategic partner relationships and ecosystem collaboration
