Strategic Planning:
Lead the development and implementation of the company's strategic plan, aligning with the overall business goals.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the fashion industry.
Evaluate the performance of fashion products and collections, using insights to refine strategies and improve market positioning.
Provide recommendations on product assortments, pricing, and marketing approaches based on market analysis.
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the fashion sector, including market expansion, new product lines, and strategic partnerships.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Financial Performance:
Develop financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic initiatives.
Monitor the performance of business development activities against targets, making adjustments as needed.

Qualification

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 8+ years of experience in strategy, business development, Consultancy and financial.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful business strategies.
Experience in managing cross-functional teams and leading complex projects.
Strong background in market analysis, financial modeling, strategic planning and business development.
Fluent in English: both writing and speaking.
Thai nationality preferred; must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in Thai.
