Job Description

Responsible:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for permanent employees to meet business direction and strategies in responsible function, also handle subcontractor employment and ensure compliance with company policy
  • Plan and execute effective methods and techniques for attracting and sourcing candidates i.e. direct search, campus road show, job fair, social media, networking and, etc.
  • Responsible for manpower planning, managing, and controlling the recruitment budget
  • Prepare a report in responsible function to monitor recruitment performance and ensure recruitment progress is on track
  • Partnering with leaders within the organization to track the ongoing hiring needs of their business
  • Defining and driving the team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring, and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction
  • Defining and leading projects focused on continuous improvement
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies, incorporating innovative approaches into our talent acquisition efforts.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Have proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment for 10 years with a track record of success in leadership roles.
  • Can demonstrate leadership and team management skills, capable of inspiring and motivating a team to achieve recruitment goals.
  • You have a strong strategic vision and the ability to align talent acquisition strategies with the organization's business objectives.
  • Have expertise in talent sourcing, attracting top-tier candidates, and developing a strong talent pipeline.
  • Have data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and optimize recruitment processes.
  • Have excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
