Head of Talent Acquisition
Reports to: Regional Talent Acquisition Lead
About the Role:
We're looking for a results-driven Head of Talent Acquisition to lead recruitment for our retail business. You'll build and execute strategies to attract top talent, oversee full-cycle recruitment and onboarding, and ensure outstanding candidate experience. This role is open to professionals from any recruitment industry who thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and mentor a high-performing recruitment team.
- Develop and execute strategies to attract top talent across retail functions.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
- Partner with store managers and leadership to define workforce needs and prioritize hiring.
- Strengthen our employer brand to attract the best talent.
- Use data and analytics to track performance and forecast talent needs.
- Promote diversity and inclusion in hiring practices.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and reporting to the Regional TA Lead.
What We're Looking For:
- 8+ years of recruitment experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role. Retail experience is a plus, but candidates from any industry who thrive in a dynamic environment are welcome.
- Proven success in full-cycle recruitment and onboarding.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic, data-driven thinker with a passion for improving processes.
- Tech-savvy, familiar with ATS, CRM, and social media recruiting tools.
