Job Description

Main Mission

The Recruitment Manager/Head of talent is responsible for defining, leading, and executing the group's recruitment strategy in order to attract, hire, and retain top talent, in line with the company's growth, operational needs, and corporate culture.

Responsibilities and Key Activities

1. Recruitment Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and implement the recruitment strategy in coordination with senior management.
  • Anticipate short-, mid-, and long-term hiring needs.
  • Structure recruitment processes (tools, methodologies, KPIs).
  • Manage the recruitment budget andoptimizecosts.
  • Oversee and contribute to corporate communication related to recruitment and employer branding.

2. Operational Recruitment Management

  • Collect and analyze hiring needs with managers.
  • Draft and publish job offers (LinkedIn, job boards, recruitment agencies).
  • Actively source key and hard-to-fill profiles.
  • Conduct interviews (HR, technical, managerial).
  • Coordinate assessments, reference checks, and salaryoffers.
  • Support and advise managers in the hiring decision-making process.

3. Strategic & International Recruitment

  • Manage recruitment forkey andmanagement positions.
  • Work closely with specialized recruitment firms (executive search).
  • Handle international recruitment (expatriates, multicultural profiles).
  • Coordinate with legal and administrative teams (visas, work permits).

4. Employer Branding & Attractiveness

  • Develop and strengthen the group's employer brand.
  • Improve thecandidateexperience.
  • Participate in HR events, job fairs, and academic partnerships.
  • Promote the company's culture, projects, and values.

5. Onboarding & Integration

  • Structure onboarding and integration programs.
  • Ensure follow-up of new hires during their probation period.
  • Work with HR teams on employee retention and engagement.

6. Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor recruitment performance indicators (time-to-hire, cost, turnover, quality of hire).
  • Produce regular reports for senior management.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes and tools.

Profile Required

Education

  • Master's degree (Bachelor +4/5) in Human Resources, Management, Work Psychology, or equivalent.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, ideally including:
  • International and/or multi-site environments.
  • Management and expert-level positions.
  • Previousexperience in a recruitment agency is a plus.

Technical Skills

  • Strongexpertisein sourcing and interviewing techniques.
  • Good knowledge of ATS tools and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitments simultaneously.
  • Solid understanding of business and operational challenges.

Language Skills

  • Fluent English (mandatory).
  • Additionallanguages are a strong advantage (Thai, French, etc.).
