Purpose
In partnership with leadership, develops, directs, plans, implements and evaluates a broad spectrum of employee development processes and activities to drive a high-performance organization. As part of the global Center of Excellence, this position is focused on understanding local talent needs in Thailand and partnering with local HR business partners to deliver the following support area.

Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and implement talent management programs and processes that grow organizational capability through effective delivery of the above-described HR services to support Thailand market.
- Consult with HR business partners and local leaders understand local talent needs and provide solutions and lead the overall Talent Management initiative for the Thailand market.
- Identify and guide employee development through on-the-job experiential learning, networking and formal learning programs
- Work with other functions to ensure talent development processes and programs are consistently implemented across the affiliate
- Support processes to identify and develop leadership and key talent encompassing high performers and high potentials
- Implement approach to performance management and enable local employees and managers to have robust performance, development and career conversations
- Support the execution of talent review and the succession planning process for Thailand and readying of talent who will deliver our future
- Facilitate and execute Amway Culture & Employee Engagement surveys. Work in collaboration with HR business partners and business leaders to generate insights from the surveys to support subsequent actions that drive engagement
- Lead one or more global talent management programs and/or talent roundtables (global forum for exchange of ideas between Amway talent management team members). Participate in global talent management initiatives.
- This position is a part of the global Talent Management leadership team and will provide input and insights into the design implementation of global talent management programs.
- Manage local vendor relationships and service level agreements in support of talent management programs
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities And/or Related Experience
- Knowledge and experience in the areas of performance management, employee engagement, learning program design and development, talent assessment, succession planning, high potential talent development and leadership development
- Strong influencing/consulting and collaboration skills that are required to nurture relationships, promote new ideas and achieve buy-in
- Understanding the deliverables of Talent Management area
- Consulting with HR business partners and leaders to understand needs and provide solutions
- Change Agile demonstrated ability to operate effectively and remain energized in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- Having learning agility
- English language proficiency
