Responsibilities
- Lead, guide, and mentor multiple software engineering teams and engineering managers.
- Take ownership of key systems, driving technology forward and defining an ambitious technology roadmap.
- Collaborate closely with the Product team to ensure goals and work are clearly defined at both OKR and day-to-day levels.
- Own the execution of product and technical goals.
- Coach team members using continuous improvement techniques to build a high-performance team.
- Partner with the recruiting team to attract top engineering talent.
Requirements
- Passion for building great products and software.
- Exceptional communication skills (written and oral).
- Experience in an agile environment with the ability to analyze and optimize team productivity.
- 7+ years as a successful software engineer solving complex problems.
- 5+ years in a leadership role (technical lead, manager, architect, etc.).
- Strong experience with data technologies (RDBMS, NoSQL, message queues).
- Ability to query, analyze, and leverage data for decision-making.
- Expert architectural skills.
- Ability to write and review code when necessary.
- Quick learner with the ability to evaluate new technologies.
