In this role, you will lead the pre-sales, post-sales, and engineering teams. You will act as the principal cybersecurity strategist, driving vendor relationships, complex project implementations, and overall technical vision.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Strategy: Manage technical teams including pre-sales consultants, security engineers, delivery and support teams - to ensure seamless collaboration, customer-centric solutions, and operational excellence.
- Pre-Sales Engineering: Oversee high-level solution designs, Proof of Concepts (PoC), and technical responses for enterprise-level RFPs
- Post-Sales & Operations: Ensure seamless deployment of large-scale cybersecurity and network performance solutions, including troubleshooting and 24/7 technical escalations.
- Vendor & Channel Enablement: Build strong relationships with key technology vendors
- Talent Development: Identify skill gaps and mentor staff to ensure the team is certified and equipped for regional delivery
Requirements:
- 10 years experience in the IT/cybersecurity industry, with significant experience in channel distribution or system integration.
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant discipline.
- Deep technical expertise across multiple IT disciplines (Vulnerability Management, Application Delivery, Cloud Security).
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership, communication, and partner management skills.
