Role Overview

MultiBank Group is seeking a Head of Thailand to lead its in-country commercial operations and market strategy. The Country Head will drive market growth across sales and distribution channels, develop local and regional partnerships, and ensure in-country activities are conducted in line with internal standards and regulatory expectations. This role suits a senior financial services leader with a clear understanding of the Thai market and the broader Southeast Asian trading environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute MultiBank Group's growth strategy for Thailand across retail, IB, affiliate, and institutional channels
• Build and manage local sales pipelines, client acquisition programs, and business development activity
• Identify and develop strategic partnerships and distribution relationships within the Thai market
• Collaborate with regional and global leadership on business priorities, country performance targets, and reporting
• Ensure all in-country activity aligns with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Monitor local market trends, competitor positioning, and shifts in client behaviour relevant to Thailand and the wider Southeast Asian region
• Recruit and develop local team members as the business requires
• Prepare regular performance updates and market intelligence for regional and global leadership
• Represent the company professionally across client engagements, partner relationships, and relevant local interactions

Requirements

• Senior leadership experience in financial services, brokerage, fintech, trading, banking, or payments
• Strong understanding of the Thai financial services market and its regulatory environment
• Demonstrated track record of driving commercial performance and managing sales or business development teams
• Experience with IB networks, affiliate programs, retail trading clients, or institutional relationships is preferred
• Familiarity with CFDs, FX, or financial markets products is an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience operating within regulated business environments
• English is required; Thai is required or strongly preferred
