About the Role
Develop and implement trade marketing strategies B2B and B2C aligned with overall brands and sales objectives. Plan and execute in-store promotions, campaigns, and merchandising activities. Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure effective distribution and brand visibility in all channels (Modern Trade, General Trade, Bakery Ingredient shop, E-commerce).
Responsibilities
- Analyze Power BI data, market trends, shopper insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Manage trade marketing budgets and ensure ROI on promotional activities.
- Design and oversee point-of-sales materials (POSM) and display execution.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade promotions and campaigns.
- Work with key accounts to develop joint business plans and promotional calendars.
- Ensure brand guidelines are consistently executed at the store level.
- Coordinate with supply chain to ensure product availability during campaigns.
- Demonstrate ability to manage and develop team members effectively.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in trade marketing, category management, or sales within the FMCGs or relevant industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in managing multi-channel trade investments and activation programs.
Required Skills
- Deep understanding of Modern Trade and Traditional Trade channel dynamics.
- Good Leadership, Interpersonal, Problem solving, Presentation, Project management and Analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS office (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Nielsen, Kantar, Euromonitor, Mintel data, etc. and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English.
- Strong leadership capability with experience in team development and cross-functional collaboration.
