Head of Treasury Marketing

I am seeking a seasoned Head of Treasury Marketing to lead and scale my client's Singapore treasury desk. Operating in a player-coach capacity within a dynamic, high-yield team, you will drive business growth, champion corporate and institutional client relationships, and deliver sophisticated FX and interest rate hedging solutions.

about the job

• Drive the desk's P&L and annual financial targets through proactive business origination, cross-selling, and expanding corporate and financial institution (FI) client base.

• Provide tailored market analysis, risk management strategies, and yield enhancement solutions (FX, Interest Rates, and structured derivatives) to multinational corporations and institutional clients.

• Oversee and execute FX and derivative transactions with high precision and market efficiency.

• Partner closely with internal Relationship Managers (RMs) and Coverage teams to identify new pipeline opportunities and deepen client engagement.

• Maintain strict adherence to local regulatory standards (MAS), internal risk policies, and regulatory compliance protocols.

skills and experience required

• 8+ years of frontline Global Markets / Treasury Sales experience within a commercial or corporate bank

• In-depth knowledge of FX (Spot/Forwards/Options), Interest Rate Derivatives, and risk management strategies tailored to corporate clients.

• Fully compliant with relevant Singapore regulatory licensing requirements.

• Proven ability to originate business independently and collaborate effectively with coverage teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
