Job description
- Lead & Develop the Wealth Relationship Team – Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team to drive customer acquisition, portfolio management, and financial advisory services.
- Drive Customer Growth & Engagement – Acquire new-to-bank customers, strengthen relationships with existing clients, and proactively provide personalized financial planning advice and products that aligns with their needs and risk profiles.
- Ensure Service Excellence & Collaboration – Foster seamless banking experiences through internal coordination, ensuring high service standards and long-term customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Finance or Business Administration.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in financial institutions, with at least 3 years in a managerial role overseeing Relationship Managers or Wealth Relationship Managers.
- Investment Consultant License (IC Complex2) / Life & Non-Life Insurance Broker License.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a customer-centric approach and a deep understanding of banking products.
- Excellent skills in communication, and problem-solving skills.
