You will drive the bank's wealth management strategy, leading a team to expand the affluent customer base and deliver tailored financial solutions.

Job description

  • Lead & Develop the Wealth Relationship Team – Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team to drive customer acquisition, portfolio management, and financial advisory services.
  • Drive Customer Growth & Engagement – Acquire new-to-bank customers, strengthen relationships with existing clients, and proactively provide personalized financial planning advice and products that aligns with their needs and risk profiles.
  • Ensure Service Excellence & Collaboration – Foster seamless banking experiences through internal coordination, ensuring high service standards and long-term customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Finance or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in financial institutions, with at least 3 years in a managerial role overseeing Relationship Managers or Wealth Relationship Managers.
  • Investment Consultant License (IC Complex2) / Life & Non-Life Insurance Broker License.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a customer-centric approach and a deep understanding of banking products.
  • Excellent skills in communication, and problem-solving skills.
