Mega Lifesciences is looking for a Head of Wellness to work closely with Chief People Officer in a fast-paced environment that will offer ample opportunity to learn and expand your experience and expertise.

Job Summary

As a Head of Wellness, your key tasks would be as below:

Design, develop, and implement wellness initiatives for employees and all stakeholders.

Running effective campaigns and wellness interventions at both at individual and team levels.

Creating and fostering a culture of wellness to strengthen organizational and stakeholders health and well-being.

Designing and facilitating a holistic wellness strategy by coordinating with stakeholders to drive wellness engagement.

Leading wellness-related projects and monitoring their impact through data analysis, reporting, and insights.

Ensuring alignment of wellness programs with employee in organization and other stakeholders philosophy.

Qualification & Experience

Applications are invited from interested candidates who meet the following criteria:

Medical Doctor, Certified Nurse, Pharmacist, Paramedical Professional, or graduate in a related healthcare/wellness field.

Strong foundation in wellness practices with both organizational and individual applications.

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in wellness or corporate wellness initiatives.

Proven experience in leading wellness programs or employee engagement initiatives with measurable outcomes

Experience in working with diverse stakeholders including employees, management, healthcare partners, and external communities.

Strong people and project management skills with the ability to work across functions and teams.

Self-motivated, responsible, and able to lead with empathy and resilience.

Proficient in MS Office and comfortable working with data-driven reporting.

Excellent command of English (spoken, written, and presentation skills).

Willing to work at Bangna, Bangkokand Muak Lek, Saraburi
