Job Description
Manages IT Support team to provide day-to-day support to ensure smooth running of computer, network devices, printers as well as support UOB Thai user's need, area including of Buildings (Robot, Goodwood, Sukhumvit and Software Park), Office and Branch Renovation & Relocation, Installation new Hardware & Software (Security Patches, Hardening)
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, maintain and update technical support documentation / Onsite support
Monitor and track the incidents from open until closure in line with SLAs and quality standards
Manage team performance to meet KPI and standard of service manner
Develop the resolving list, operation manual and training plan to educate to IT Support team
Qualifications:
Degree in Computer Sciences or Information Technology
5 years working experiences in IT support /Infrastructure in big scale company
Requires in depth knowledge of Windows, hardware, software, and networking protocols is essential
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to quickly identify problems and implement solutions with minimal downtime
Good leadership skill
Good command of English
