Job Description

Job Propose:

  • Oversee the CIMB Preferred customer segment with a focus on acquisition, cross-selling, and portfolio strategies to grow qualified customers, increase Wealth Under Management (WUM), and achieve revenue targets.
  • Strengthen customer engagement and elevate the overall experience for the CIMB Preferred segment.
  • Develop and enhance brand awareness, Customer Value Proposition (CVP), communication plans, customer journey initiatives, and loyalty programs to increase market share and maintain competitiveness.
  • Ensure strategic alignment with regional Preferred segment direction and initiatives.

Job Description:

  • Drive growth of the CIMB Preferred segment through customer acquisition, cross-selling, engagement, and portfolio strategies.
  • Increase Assets Under Management (AUM), product holdings, and revenue through effective portfolio management and channel optimization, especially through Relationship Managers (RMs).
  • Expand the customer base through engagement campaigns, product bundling, and lifestyle activities.
  • Analyze the customer portfolio to uncover growth opportunities and strengthen Private Wealth positioning.
  • Build brand awareness and loyalty through rewards, PR, media, and tactical campaigns.
  • Implement digital initiatives to enhance customer experience in line with Thailand 4.0.
  • Ensure alignment with regional Preferred strategies.
  • Lead and manage the team effectively in a dynamic business environment.
  • Build strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, partners, and key distribution channels.
