Develop and enhance brand awareness, Customer Value Proposition (CVP), communication plans, customer journey initiatives, and loyalty programs to increase market share and maintain competitiveness.
Ensure strategic alignment with regional Preferred segment direction and initiatives.
Job Description:
Drive growth of the CIMB Preferred segment through customer acquisition, cross-selling, engagement, and portfolio strategies.
Increase Assets Under Management (AUM), product holdings, and revenue through effective portfolio management and channel optimization, especially through Relationship Managers (RMs).
Expand the customer base through engagement campaigns, product bundling, and lifestyle activities.
Analyze the customer portfolio to uncover growth opportunities and strengthen Private Wealth positioning.
Build brand awareness and loyalty through rewards, PR, media, and tactical campaigns.
Implement digital initiatives to enhance customer experience in line with Thailand 4.0.
Ensure alignment with regional Preferred strategies.
Lead and manage the team effectively in a dynamic business environment.
Build strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, partners, and key distribution channels.
