Health & Wellness Advisor

Key Responsibilities

Wellness Consultation & Assessment

• Conduct comprehensive wellness consultations covering nutrition, sleep, stress, digestive health, medical history, and lifestyle goals

• Perform wellness assessments including body composition and lifestyle evaluations

• Provide personalized wellness reports and recommendations

• Identify cases requiring referral to medical professionals

Nutritional Guidance & Lifestyle Coaching

• Design individualized nutrition and lifestyle plans aligned with guest goals

• Educate clients on evidence-based nutrition, hydration, supplementation, and healthy habits

• Coach clients in stress management, sleep hygiene, mindfulness, and recovery strategies

• Deliver workshops and wellness seminars on nutrition, gut health, mindful eating, and holistic wellbeing

Integration & Collaboration

• Work collaboratively with fitness, clinical, and spa teams to ensure a seamless guest experience

• Support the development of wellness, detox, and lifestyle-transformation programs

• Participate in multidisciplinary wellness planning and guest follow-up care

Sales, Service & Brand

• Promote wellness consultation packages and integrated wellness programs

• Contribute wellness content for digital and social media platforms

• Maintain professional presentation and luxury hospitality standards

• Collect client feedback and support continuous program improvement

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Nutrition, Dietetics, Health Science, Wellness Coaching, or related fields

• Wellness coaching certifications preferred (NBHWC, NASM-WC, ACE, Precision Nutrition, IIN, etc.)

• Minimum 3 years of experience in wellness consulting, nutrition coaching, or holistic health advisory roles

• Strong understanding of evidence-based nutrition and behavior-change science

• Excellent English communication skills

• CPR/First Aid certification preferred

Compensation

Competitive compensation structure based on base salary plus program-based earnings. Further details will be discussed during the interview process.
