What this job involves:
Building harmonious relationships
In this job, you will need to interact with various individuals from different departments to liaise with company contractors, maintain security, control building safety, and inspect the work of contracted personnel involved in space decoration. Additionally, you will participate in meetings with contractors to discuss workplace safety regulations, engage with clients to ensure the success of projects and activities, and handle other tasks assigned by the building manager.
Job Description
- Lead and manage site HSSE matters including the Company's staffs and subcontractors
- To co-ordinate, organize and promote safety activities and campaigns to raise safety awareness on site
- To create/ review/ update HSSE procedure and provide recommendations for improvement of safety
- Conduct regular inspection and audits on the safety provisions
- To ensure implementation, control and enforcement of safety regulations are abided on site
- To assist in the investigation of all accidents and incidents and record all findings to prevent recurrence
- Ensure that all statutory regulations, company's safety regulations and codes of practice are implemented and compiled by all staff
- Inspect the construction site to ensure all facilities and equipment relevant to the maintenance of environmental health are in proper working condition and do not pose any environmental health hazard

The safety of your daily work is crucial. You will need to create plans and strategies to ensure the safety of the building's usage. Additionally, you will be responsible for organizing activities with tenants, conducting annual fire evacuation drills, and managing advertising contracts. Moreover, you should be able to continuously improve safety management practices.

Qualifications
- Bachelors and or advanced degrees in the engineering or HSE education field.
Bachelor of Science Program in Occupational Health and Safety. (B.Sc.)
(Safety Officer Professional level of certificate)
- 2-4 years of experience working for HSE or project management.
- Working knowledge of progressive HSE principles including human factors, industrial psychology as applied to HSE, behavioral safety management principles
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Good command in English
