We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Health &Benefits Consultant to join our MMB team in Bangkok.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading, coordinating, and doing business development for health & benefits solutions that align with our strategic objectives. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, project management skills, communication skills, negotiation skills, and stakeholder management.
This position is part of
Thailand Mercer Marsh Benefits and will be based in the Bangkok, Thailand office, reporting to the MMB Advisory Leader.
This person will help deliver projects to the clients including but not limited to plan design, benchmarking, and flexible benefit study. He/she will work closely with MMB Advisory Leader in planning go-to market strategies along with other team members and will also work closely with MMB's Global Solutions team and operations hub to ensure client requirements are met in a timely manner. Additionally, you will need to manage stakeholders in the project to ensure that we can deliver the solutions smoothly.

We will count on you to:
- Drive business development through opportunity identification, proposal development, and solution positioning to win and expand client engagements.
- Lead and coordinate health & benefits projects, including plan design, benchmarking, and flexible benefits studies.
- Work closely with the MMB Advisory Leader and team members to plan and execute go-to-market strategies.
- Work closely with MMB's Global Solutions team and operations hub to meet client requirements and timelines.
- Manage project stakeholders, risks, and communications to ensure smooth end-to-end delivery.
What you need to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in health & benefits solutions, project management, or a related field, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results.
- Proficiency in both English and Thai.
