Job Summary
Responsible for driving sales of medical devices and healthcare supplies within assigned accounts and territory. Develop long-term relationships with hospitals and key stakeholders while achieving sales targets and supporting tender processes to expand market presence.
Job Description
- Develop and execute sales strategies for assigned territories and customer segments, identifying target accounts and presenting medical devices and healthcare supply products to both new and existing customers.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with hospital executives, doctors, nurses, and key decision-makers (Key Stakeholders), including collaboration with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Manage and expand existing customer base while identifying new business opportunities in hospitals, clinics, and related healthcare institutions.
- Handle end-to-end sales process including quotation preparation, negotiation, order management, delivery coordination, installation follow-up, and after-sales service.
- Actively support distributors and partners in procurement and government tender processes, including documentation preparation and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, monitor revenue performance, and follow up on payment collection in coordination with Finance.
- Work proactively and independently to solve problems, ensuring alignment with company goals and team objectives.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly sales forecasts and performance reports, analyzing results to ensure achievement of individual sales targets.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by management to support overall business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Science, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, or related fields (Bachelor GPA > 2.70, Master GPA > 3.30)
- 13 years of experience in medical device or healthcare product sales (experience in Consumables or Labware will be an advantage)
- Strong knowledge of hospital sales processes, medical equipment, and tender procedures
- Good command of MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and persuasive skills with a sales-oriented mindset
- Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently under pressure
- Good command of English in verbal and written (TOEIC Score > 550)
- Willing to work onsite at SCG Packaging Public Company Limited (Bang Sue, Bangkok)
