- Bachelor degree (in any field) or above
- Strong interest to use new software / IT tool
- Analytical mind with problem solving skills
- Well organized with good communication skill
- Strong service mind / calm / can keep control of the situation
- IT background / SAP purchase to pay knowledge is an advantage
- Previous experience similar to IT support / Helpdesk service is an advantage
