We are responsible for HGA (Head Gimbal Assembly, SDET (Slider Dynamic Electrical Test), HAMR (Heat Assisted Magnetic Recording) Process monitoring/control and Product performance by using Engineering knowledge including Six Sigma and Lean to enable multiple skills in data analysis, problem-solving and solution in order to deliver committed challenge metrics and align to company goals.
About The Role - You Will
- Work in Teparuk factory reporting to HPE (HGA Process Engineering) organization to Senior Engineer or Engineering manager
- Well understand and good multiple skills in Overall HGA processes including L-Slider, SDET and HGA build processes
- Be responsible for Mechanical and/or Electrical performance as well as overall Quality metrics to deliver per goals with zero excursion
- Create Work Order and Process Flow/Requirements to provide instruction of evaluation and improvement as required
- Conduct continuous Process/Product improvement that aligned to assignment/task
- Handle Quantitative/Qualitative analysis skills to determine root cause and recommend a solution inconclusive summary both short term, medium and long term.
- Be able to oversee for assignment

- Good self-development and OJT (On the job training) learning in Process/Product knowledge, and Engineering knowledge
- Presentation skills
- Great follow up/flexible for new assigned tasks in a dynamic environment
- Fluent in both Thai and English communication
