High-pressure water pumps Maintenance Engineer

Thai Environmental German Services Co., Ltd. (TEGS) is an industrial cleaning company specialised in Sewage Cleaning, Sewer and Industrial Cleaning, and Heat Exchanger Cleaning. The company originated in Alzenau, Germany in 1948, before expanding to Thailand in 1992. TEGS is equipped with high pressure water pumps with equipment up to 43,500 PSI / 3000 Bar, dry/wet suction work with special vacuum trucks, and a highly trained staff.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a High-pressure water pumps Maintenance Engineer located in Rayong. The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for daily checkups and maintenance of high and ultra high pressure water pumps and other cleaning equipment. Additionally, they will be responsible for preventive maintenance, electrical maintenance, and repairs to ensure that the equipment remains in top working condition.

Qualifications

• A Thai Citizen
• Minimum of three years of experience in a related technical field.
• Experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of high-pressure water pumps up to 3000 Bar and related equipment.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures related to industrial cleaning.
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
• Effective communication skills in English and Thai.
• Able to use Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Have a car driving license
• Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance Engineering skills
• Maintenance & Repair and Preventive Maintenance knowledge
• Electrical Maintenance skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with high-pressure water pumps and cleaning equipment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Willingness to travel as required
