Hmong Video Remote Interpreters to support our upcoming prescheduled call volume. This role offers consistent minutes through scheduled sessions.
Position: VRI/OPI
Language Pair: Hmong English
Location: Worldwide

Requirements
- Professional experience as a Medical Interpreter.
- Experience handling Tier 1 calls (Customer Service and Social Services).
- Availability to take prescheduled calls, which will be the main source of volume.
- Strong command of both Hmong and English.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
