Key Responsibilities
- Partnership Development: Source, negotiate, and onboard partners across golf, travel, dining, wellness, shopping, and lifestyle.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships, monitor performance, and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Experience Design: Co-create premium service packages and cross-border privileges with internal teams and partners.
- Coordination: Work closely with internal Departments to activate and promote privileges.
- Reporting: Track usage, partner performance, and campaign ROI.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business, or a related field.
Professional Background
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Partnership, Operations, Key Account Management or Purchasing
- Experience in premium services such as high-end F&B, airport services, travel, entertainment, hotels, spas, or golf is a strong plus.
Skills & Abilities
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of affluent customer behavior and luxury market trends.
- Aesthetic sense, attention to detail
- Proficient in both Vietnamese and English (spoken and written).
- Have experience and knowledge of premium services (moist high-class cuisine / airport services / travel entertainment hotel/spa/golf
