The global business for B2B cleaning products in professional channels [Horeca, Office Supply, Janitorial, Healthcare etc.) is growing steadily.
Unilever Professional is a dedicated cleaning and hygiene partner for the professional independent operator. Our convenient, RTU portfolio has been designed to meet the needs of restaurants, hotels, care homes, hospitals, offices, schools, manufacturing sites - each with a unique value proposition and clearly differentiated from our retail portfolio. Our products meet the needs of the professional operators we serve.

Job Title: U-Pro Marketing Manager

Location: Bangkok HQ


Main Responsibilities:
. Leading portfolio strategy and marketing activities for UPro TH and home care cleaner category
. Lead in innovation development, activation, advertising and promotion for deployment of Marketing Plan
. Lead in on-going analysis and review of consumer, category, channel/customer and competitive information as part of a situation assessment on brand performance and identify growth opportunity
. Evaluating, analyzing and mapping white space opportunities for categories to recommend strategic brand launches
. Developing appealing product selling stories, online marketing content and landing the media in operators touch points (online, website, point of sales offline)
. Overseeing product artwork development alignment with Unilever Professional identity and branding guidelines across Global & local teams.
. Partnering Business Development teams with sales supporting materials (e.g. product information sheets, selling decks, etc.)
. Leading Upro Website & online page & O2O
Experience & Qualification
. At least 2-3 years of brand management experience, preferably in FMCG. B2B experience would be an added advantage
. Experience working in cross-functional teams within a matrix environment
. Experience in social media marketing & E commerce.

Skill:
. Be a strategic, highly adaptable and entrepreneurial person
. Have strong track record of consistency in market delivery
. Have strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills with key stakeholders
. Have experience working and leading in cross-functional teams
. Have great project management and business process design skills
. Fluent in Thai Language
