Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Homeroom Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will provide a warm, engaging, and structured classroom environment that supports the developmental needs of young learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences that promote academic, social, and emotional growth.
- Foster a safe, caring, and inclusive classroom where every child feels valued and respected.
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress, achievements, and well-being.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure continuity and consistency across the Early Years program.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or a related field (Masters preferred).
- Teaching certification/license in Early Childhood or Primary Education.
- Previous teaching experience in Early Years/Kindergarten, preferably in an international school setting.
- Strong understanding of early childhood pedagogy and child development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and contribute positively to a team-oriented environment.
