Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Hospitality Real Estate Analyst to join our Thailand team. This role offers hands-on exposure to market research, feasibility studies, and investment analysis for hospitality-led real estate projects across Thailand and the broader Asia Pacific region.
The role involves direct engagement with clients and stakeholdersboth locally and internationally. You will contribute to strategic development planning, concept creation, and data-driven advisory across hotel, resort, and mixed-use assets.
Depending on project needs, you may also have the opportunity to travel internationally for fieldwork, site inspections, or client meetings. As such, the role requires a high degree of independence, adaptability, and the ability to conduct on-ground research with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct feasibility studies for hospitality and mixed-use developments, including market research, tourism analysis, competitive benchmarking, site evaluation, and financial projections
- Analyze hotel and resort investment opportunities across Asia Pacific and the Indian Ocean, identifying market trends, risk factors, and strategic positioning opportunities
- Develop real estate concepts aligned with site potential, market demand, and brand relevance, supporting master planning and product strategy
- Prepare clear, well-structured client deliverables, including reports, presentations, and internal memos
- Participate in fieldwork and site inspections, both domestically and internationally, gathering on-ground insights for project evaluation
- Support senior team members in executing advisory assignments across various project stages
- Stay informed on industry trends, operator activity, and regional development pipelines to contribute to internal market intelligence
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field
- 13 years of relevant experience in hospitality consulting, real estate advisory, or investment analysis preferred
- Strong analytical capability with proven experience in financial modeling and market research
- Strong grasp of hotel and tourism industry fundamentalsacross both operational and development perspectives
- Familiarity with feasibility studies and market research
- Excellent English writing skills with the ability to craft structured, insight-driven reports
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; able to translate data into clear visuals and commercial logic
- Demonstrates sound judgment, strategic thinking, and contextual awareness in both desk-based and on-ground analysis
- Able to conduct fieldwork and site assessments independently across domestic and regional markets
- Strong time management and organizational skills; able to prioritize and deliver under deadlines
