Summary
You will be responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions in the Regency Club Lounge. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English are preferred.
- Knowledgeable in computer skills, particularly in the use of MS Office and Email
- Work experience in Hotel/ Resort or Hospitality service
- Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
- Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
