As a Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm and welcoming dining experience. You will support the Food & Beverage operation by managing reservations, greeting and seating guests, coordinating table allocations, and ensuring smooth guest flow while delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and escort guests to their tables in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage restaurant reservations via phone, email, and other booking platforms.
- Coordinate table assignments and monitor table rotation to maximize seating efficiency.
- Handle guest inquiries and special requests promptly and courteously.
- Work closely with the restaurant team to ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Hostess, Restaurant, or Food & Beverage role is preferred.
- Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Good attention to detail.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Fluency in Thai to ensure effective communication with team members.
