Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hotel Business Development Manager focused on the Southeast Asian market. In this role, you will be the key driver for expanding our hotel supply network, negotiating strategic partnerships, and ensuring our inventory remains highly competitive in one of the world's fastest-growing travel regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion: Proactively source and onboard new hotel partners and suppliers across key Southeast Asian destinations. Lead the end-to-end process from initial contact to contract signing and long-term relationship management.
- Inventory & Price Strategy: Manage daily room availability (allotment) and pricing. Conduct proactive price negotiations to ensure market-leading competitiveness and consistent booking performance.
- Supplier Quality Control: Monitor the reliability and service quality of hotel products, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
- Issue Resolution: Act as the primary coordinator for major customer complaints or operational issues related to hotel/supplier products, ensuring swift and professional resolution.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive market research and field visits. Collect and analyze local market data to provide regular, actionable reports on Southeast Asian hospitality trends.
