CASABAY Luxury Pool Villas by Stay includes 13 villas ranging from 250sqm 3-bedroom private pool villa to 500sqm 6-bedroom private pool villa.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the hotels preventive maintenance program for all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Supervise the maintenance team, including engineers and technicians, ensuring timely completion of routine inspections, repairs, and maintenance tasks.
- Maintain a comprehensive preventive maintenance schedule for all hotel equipment and systems.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for the maintenance team and hotel guests.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues related to hotel systems and equipment, escalating major issues to senior management as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of preventive maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance data.
- Collaborate with other departments to schedule maintenance without disrupting hotel operations, minimizing downtime and guest inconvenience.
- Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, to identify areas requiring attention.
- Monitor and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring proper stock levels and cost control.
- Train and mentor maintenance team members, promoting a culture of safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
- Provide input and support for hotel renovation projects and the installation of new equipment.
