Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hotel Sales Manager located in Bangkok. This position reports directly to the Director of Sales. The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales efforts to achieve revenue targets by retaining existing clients and identifying new opportunities. Daily tasks include developing sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients, conducting market research, collaborating with the marketing team on promotional initiatives, leading sales presentations, and participating in industry events or trade shows. Additionally, the manager will work closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth guest experiences and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to establish and manage client relationships effectively.
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Understanding of Marketing principles and experience in supporting promotional campaigns.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with diverse teams.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in using customer management or CRM systems is preferred.
  • Relevant experience in the hospitality or travel industry is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
