Job Summary
This position plays a key role in managing and maintaining the company's websites, from content updates and troubleshooting to performance optimization. Candidates with an interest in CMS, website analytics, and digital performance will thrive in this role.
Responsibilities
- Manage, create, edit, and update website structure and content via CMS
- Build and maintain landing pages for marketing campaigns
- Monitor, improve, and optimize website performance
- Track, analyze, and report website performance metrics such as traffic, conversion, and user behavior
- Create and optimize content for search engines and Generative AI search readiness
- Review and refine website content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and engagement
- Prepare regular internal reports on website performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong coordination and communication skills; able to work effectively with multiple teams
- Detail-oriented with the ability to review and ensure content accuracy independently
- Knowledge or experience in Digital Marketing, SEO, or Google Analytics (GA4) will be an advantage
