Summary
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for overseeing all housekeeping operations to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel. This includes managing housekeeping associates and maintaining cleanliness in guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house (non-kitchen) areas.
Qualifications
- Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
- Minimum 2 years work experience as Housekeeping Manager, or Assistant Housekeeping Manager in hotels or resorts.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
- A good working knowledge of English Language
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy
