Role Overview
The HR & Administrative Manager is a critical early hire for our new business vertical, responsible for owning day-to-day HR, administrative, and statutory operations. This is not a traditional assistant role; the position requires a hands-on operator who can eliminate administrative bottlenecks, maintain operational momentum, and ensure the organization runs smoothly as it scales.
The role serves as the operational backbone of the businessmanaging recruitment operations, employee lifecycle administration, office and vendor management, and coordination with external accountants and government agencies. The HR & Administrative Manager ensures localized compliance, accurate documentation, and timely execution, enabling leadership to focus on growth, partnerships, and deal execution.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Manage day-to-day HR operations across the full employee lifecycle
- Oversee onboarding, probation tracking, leave management, and offboarding
- Administer payroll inputs, benefits, allowances, and final settlements
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Recruitment & Hiring Operations
- Run end-to-end recruitment operations, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
- Prepare offer letters and manage employment contracts
- Coordinate hiring timelines with line managers and leadership
Compliance & Statutory Administration
- Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws and internal HR policies
- Maintain and update employee handbooks and HR procedures
- Support BOI / EOR setup and ongoing compliance requirements
- Coordinate work permits, visas, and related government documentation as required
Finance & Accounting Coordination
- Act as the primary coordination point with external accountants
- Ensure timely submission of payroll, tax, social security, and statutory documents
- Track HR-related payment deadlines and required filing
- Maintain statutory and corporate HR documentation for audit readiness
Office Administration & Vendor Management
- Oversee day-to-day office operations; such as leases and utilities
- Manage office vendors and service providers
- Maintain company asset registers, including IT equipment and access controls
Executive & Internal Coordination
- Provide administrative and coordination support to executive management, such as meeting schedules
- Support internal coordination across teams on HR and administrative matters
- Prepare HR-related data and reports as required by management

- Provide admin support as needed to other team members
- Setup tools, organize data, learn new skills as required
- Fast and flexible, able to jump into a task immediately and get it done quickly
