Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Management
- Oversee full HR operations, ensuring compliance with Thai labor laws and internal policies.
- Advise the Managing Director and line managers on headcount planning, recruitment, and employee relations.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance, development, and offboarding.
- Handle payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management.
- Maintain up-to-date HR documentation and employee records.
- Drive employee engagement and support training initiatives for talent retention.
Employee Relations & Compliance
- Provide case management and HR advice on employee relations issues, escalating where necessary.
- Partner with the APAC HR Director on disciplinary, grievance, performance, and other HR matters.
- Ensure HR policies align with local laws; identify gaps and recommend improvements with local legal support.
- Communicate and enforce internal policies and lead process improvement initiatives.
Projects & Initiatives
- Support regional and global HR projects, including M&A integrations.
- Coordinate with global HR teams to ensure alignment while addressing local differences.
Office & Legal Administration
- Oversee daily office operations, vendor management, and facilities.
- Provide administrative and legal support to Global HQ and liaise with Regional HQ and Corporate Secretary.
- Manage office supplies and maintain records with confidentiality and professionalism.
Team Leadership
- Lead and support the HR and Admin team, providing guidance and training to ensure high performance.
Requirement:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum7 years of HR experience, preferably in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding ofThai labor lawsand their practical application.
- Demonstratesintegrity, professionalism, and discretion, especially when handling confidential matters.
- Strongattention to detailwith experience managing HR data across systems, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills; able to build relationships across all levels and present confidently to senior management.
- Fluent in bothwritten and spoken Thai and English.
- Strongadministrative and technical skills; proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), with the ability to learn internal systems quickly.
- Highlyorganized, with the ability toprioritize,multi-task, and meet time-sensitive deadlines.
- Comfortable challenging ideas constructively and working independently when required.
- Flexible and adaptable to change; proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Experience managingemployee relations matterssuch as performance management, absence handling, and disciplinary procedures.
- Previous exposure toadministrative responsibilitiesalongside HR tasks is preferred.
