Recruitment: Independently execute the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and offer issuance, ensuring timely fulfillment of staffing needs across departments.
Compensation & Benefits: Accurately process monthly payroll and proficiently handle statutory contributions in Thailand, such as Social Security and Provident Fund.
Employee Relations: Foster a harmonious work environment by addressing employee inquiries, organizing team-building activities, and ensuring all HR practices comply with Thai labor laws and regulations.
Onboarding & Records Management: Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from conducting onboarding procedures and orientation training to maintaining and updating personnel files.
Operational Support: Oversee daily office operations, including workspace management, equipment procurement, vendor coordination, and general logistics.
Process Development: Assist in designing and optimizing localized administrative and HR procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Thai nationality or legally eligible to work in Thailand.
Excellent communication skills in Chinese.
3 years or more of comprehensive experience in managing both HR and administrative functions within a corporate environment.
In-depth knowledge of Thai labor laws, social security, provident fund, and relevant legal regulations and operational procedures.
Strong communication skills and cross-cultural collaboration awareness.
