The HR Shared Services Administrator II provides advanced HR operational support, ensuringaccurateandtimelyexecution of employee lifecycle transactions, compliance with Thai labor and PDPA requirements, and delivery of high-quality service aligned with established SLAs and metrics. The role also focuses on enhancing employee experience through efficient and responsive HR support.
Provide guidance and assistance to employees regarding onboarding, orientation, transfer, and termination processes within SAP SuccessFactors.
Handle HR inquiries and ensure ticket closure within the Service Level Agreement.
Implement PDPA requirements: consent management, privacy notices
Serve as a point of contact for employees, managers, and department heads, on HR-related matters.
Strong knowledge of HR operations and Thai labor law.
Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors and ticketing tools (Freshworks).
Skilled in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Power Automate).
Excellent communication skills in Thai and English.
