Job Responsibilities:
1. HR Management & Administration
- Oversee and manage end‑to‑end HR and administrative operations to ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient execution.
- Manage migrant workforce (Myanmar nationals) through external MOU service providers, ensuring compliance with Thai labor laws and regulations.
- Ensure proper handling of payroll, time attendance, monthly HR reporting, and statutory compliance.
- Act as the primary HR contact for factory‑based employees and management.
2. Manpower Planning & HR Operations
- Lead HR planning, workforce structure, manpower forecasting, and labor cost & headcount budgeting.
- Develop and implement HR strategies to attract, retain, and engage employees in a manufacturing environment.
- Monitor and improve HR operational effectiveness and efficiency.
3. HR Systems & Process Improvement
- Drive the Prosoft HR System implementation project, ensuring it fully supports the employee lifecycle (hire‑to‑retire).
- Continuously improve HR processes to deliver high‑quality HR services aligned with business needs.
4. Performance, Rewards & HR Programs
- Support annual HR cycles including:
- Performance management
- Salary review and bonus planning
- Collect and analyze market compensation data for benchmarking and decision‑making.
- Support initiatives in Total Rewards, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, and HRIS.
5. Policy, Compliance & Governance
- Review and update HR policies, procedures, and practices for Thailand operations to align with labor laws and industry trends.
- Ensure consistent application of people policies across all employee groups.
6. HR Metrics & KPIs
- Track and manage HR KPIs including but not limited to:
- Quality of goal setting & completion
- Recruitment fulfillment rate
- Recruitment cost efficiency
- Employee turnover rate
- Recruitment lead time
7. Leadership & Collaboration
- Act as a role model and coach for HR and Admin team members.
- Provide guidance to non‑HR managers on people management matters.
- Collaborate closely with factory management and headquarters stakeholders.
- Demonstrate strong ownership and accountability in all assigned responsibilities.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- 6-8 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in manufacturing or factory environments.
- Experience managing migrant workers (MOU) will be highly preferred.
- HR specialization in areas such as Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, or HR Operations is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws and employment regulations.
- Methodical, detail‑oriented, and able to work with a strong sense of urgency.
- Strong coaching, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems; HR certifications are a plus.
- A collaborative professional with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
