Job Description

Human Resources

Responsibilities

Recruiting candidates as required and coordinating interview scheduling and candidate communication.

Handle end to end employee lifecycle including onboarding and exit processes

Prepare and maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation

Ensure compliance with Thailand labor laws, social security, and related regulations

Manage attendance, leave records, probation tracking, and confirmations

Support payroll coordination including overtime, leave deductions, and statutory benefits

Act as the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies

Help maintain and update company HR policies and internal guidelines

Source Interns from Universities, as required.

Proactively identify opportunities for cost saving and efficiency improvements related to HR processes, office operations, and administrative expenses

Administration

Support office administration

Maintain organized filing systems both digital and physical

Coordinate internal communication and basic HR announcements

Support management with HR reports and basic data tracking

Qualifications

  • 510 years in maintenance, reliability, or production process optimization engineering in process or petrochemical industries.
  • Strong understanding of failure analysis, root cause investigation, and equipment performance diagnostics.
  • Experience with maintenance planning and execution (preventive, predictive, and turnaround).
  • Familiarity with condition monitoring systems (e.g., vibration, thermography, oil analysis).
  • Ability to interpret P&IDs, equipment datasheets, and maintenance records.
  • Clear communication and report-writing skills in English and Thai.
