Job Description
- Oversee full HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, employee relations, and offboarding.
- Partner closely with department heads as an HR Business Partner to provide HR advisory, drive people initiatives, and support business needs.
- Lead annual HR processes such as performance appraisals, promotions, compensation reviews, and bonus cycles.
- Supervise and develop the HR & Admin team, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all HR and administrative activities.
- Review and validate payroll and ensure timely submission for management approval.
- Maintain and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks to ensure compliance and alignment with company standards.
- Handle grievance cases, disciplinary investigations, and recommend appropriate actions.
- Oversee office administration functions including contracts, office services, and vendor management.
- Drive HR projects such as digitalization, HRMS enhancements, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in management discussions and collaborate across departments to support organizational planning.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 6-8 years of HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
- Solid experience in payroll, HR operations, and policy development.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
- Able to manage confidential information with high professionalism and integrity.
- Proactive, organized, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
