Location: Gemopolis Industrial Estate, Prawet, Bangkok

Working Days: Monday – Saturday

About Us

Global Jewelry Manufacturing (Thailand) Ltd. is a leading jewelry manufacturer specializing in products for the U.S. market. We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR & Administration Supervisor to lead our HR operations and support our growing business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, attendance, leave administration, and employee records.
  • Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws, social security, tax, and other statutory requirements.
  • Oversee monthly payroll and coordinate with Finance to ensure timely salary payments.
  • Handle visa and work permit processes for expatriate employees.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook updates.
  • Support performance management, annual salary reviews, bonus administration, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate training and development programs and maintain training records.
  • Manage disciplinary actions, employee relations, and grievance handling.
  • Supervise office administration, company assets, vendors, and facility-related activities.
  • Coordinate with government authorities and external agencies when required.
  • Prepare HR reports, headcount analysis, and management presentations.
  • Lead and develop the HR & Administration team while continuously improving HR processes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of HR & Administration experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of Thai labor law, payroll, social security, and HR best practices.
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
  • Good command of English; Chinese language skills are an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
