Work arrangement: Onsite (Required to travel to different sites in Singapore)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail, operations, and blue-collar positions
- Process and renew work passes.
- Support monthly payroll processing and HR administration
- Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary and performance issues
- Work closely with managers to address manpower challenges and staff concerns
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
- Manage, guide and mentor a team of HR executives.
Requirements
- Minimum 9 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in retail and/or F&B.
- Hands-on experience in mass recruitment and payroll operations
- Experience with team management is a plus.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
