What you'll do

  • Support end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, performance management, employee development, engagement, and offboarding.
  • Execute performance management processes (goal setting, check-ins, year-end reviews, and documentation) and support managers in applying guidelines.
  • Partner with HR team and business stakeholders to deliver people initiatives and ensure smooth HR operations.
  • Collect, maintain, and analyze HR data (e.g., utilisation, turnover, performance ratings) to generate basic insights and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and HR procedures.
  • Support initiatives related to employee engagement
  • Assist in change management activities by preparing materials, tracking actions, and supporting communication.
  • Utilize HR systems, digital tools, and AI solutions (e.g., reporting automation, AI copilots, data analysis tools) to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Political Science or related field.
  • 2–4 years of HR experience (preferably with exposure to performance management or HR operations).
  • Understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle; hands-on experience in performance management is a plus.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and AI-enabled tools (e.g., Excel analytics, dashboards, AI assistants) is an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrates learning agility, digital mindset, and interest in applying AI in HR work.
