Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to understand business priorities and develop HR strategies that support organizational goals.
  • Provide professional HR consultation and recommendations on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and employee relations.
  • Drive organization development initiatives, change management programs, and people transformation projects.
  • Analyze workforce data and HR metrics to identify trends and provide actionable insights for business decision-making.
  • Develop and execute manpower planning strategies to ensure workforce readiness and organizational capability.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to implement performance management, talent development, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Support organizational restructuring, job design, and competency framework implementation to improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Coach and advise managers on employee performance, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and people management.
  • Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices comply with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Work closely with Centers of Excellence (COEs) and HR Operations to deliver integrated HR solutions and enhance employee experience.
  • Lead or participate in strategic HR and business transformation projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, including organization design, workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Experience partnering with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Good understanding of labor laws and HR policies, with the ability to provide practical HR guidance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret HR data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good command of both Thai and English.
