Job Description

  • Partner with the business leaders to understand business priorities and provide strategic HR guidance.
  • Drive organization development initiatives including organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
  • Support talent, performance management, succession planning, and leadership development across commercial and support teams.
  • Coach managers on people leadership, performance issues, and employee engagement.
  • Manage employee relations cases and ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
  • Leverage HR data and workforce insights to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Support HR operations including employment contracts, role changes, and restructuring activities.

The Successful Applicant


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8-10 years of HR experience, with HRBP exposure supporting commercial and/or support functions.
  • FMCG or consumer goods industry experience preferred.
  • Strong business acumen, stakeholder influencing, and analytical skills.
  • Solid knowledge of employment laws and core HR practices.
